Questions, answered.
What's the difference between static and dynamic websites?
Static sites have fixed content that we update for you when needed — fast, secure and perfect for portfolios, landing pages and brochure sites. Dynamic sites include a CMS so you can edit content yourself, plus features like user accounts, forms, dashboards, e-commerce and more.
What counts as a "page" in the pricing tiers?
A page is any unique screen with distinct content and layout — Home, About, Services, Contact, and so on. Repeating templates (like a product listing or a blog-post layout) count as one page, even though they generate many URLs.
How long does a typical project take?
Static sites usually ship in 2–3 weeks. Dynamic sites take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. You'll get an exact timeline before kickoff, so there are no surprises.
What's the payment schedule?
The standard split is 50% to kick off, 25% at design sign-off and 25% at launch. Larger projects can be milestone-based — we'll work out a schedule that fits your cash flow.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor tweaks. After that, we offer affordable monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance, content updates and new features.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
We can set up hosting and connect your domain, or work with your existing provider. Hosting is billed directly by your provider — we don't add any markup.
