Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with us. This policy explains how deposits, milestone payments and refunds work for Ridera Labs services.

1. Deposits

Most engagements begin with a deposit to reserve our time and start discovery. Because this work commences immediately, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Milestone payments

Projects are billed against agreed milestones. Payments made for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable, as they cover work already performed.

3. Cancellation

If you cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid in advance of work not yet started may be refunded, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

4. Monthly services

Retainer-based services such as digital marketing are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement; the current month's fee is non-refundable.

5. Third-party costs

Costs paid to third parties on your behalf — such as domains, hosting, licences, stock assets or ad spend — are non-refundable.

6. How to request a refund

To discuss a refund, email sales@rideralabs.com with your project details. We review every request fairly and aim to respond within a few working days.

7. Our commitment

If something isn't right, talk to us. We'd always rather make it right than leave a client unhappy — our reputation depends on it.
